Shipping and Handling
Currently, Cindy’s Place only delivers to Canada and the
USA. If you wish to ship internationally, please send an email directly to me
through the contact link below.
Shipping cost are an estimate based on Canada Post’s rates.
Shipping times cannot be guaranteed and are an estimation only.
Canada: 4-30 business days
USA: 5-45 business days
Please allow 2-14 days for packaging of your order to ensure
it’s packed safely and in a way to protect your new art.
If you wish to use an expedited service other than Canada
Post a separate invoice may be required to cover extra costs for your order.
This will be issued after postage is confirmed.
Local pickup is available by appointment only in Calgary,
Alberta. Please contact Cindy’s Place by the link below to make arrangements.
Returns and Refunds
Refunds, order cancellations, exchanges or warranties are
not allowed due to each piece is one of a kind and made to order. These items
usually have extra details that are fragile so please handle with care. Due to
the delicate and uniqueness of each item sold, All sales are final.
Please make sure you are certain of your choices when
deciding on a commission. Any questions should be discussed before the final
commission contracts are signed. I work diligently with each client to clarify
any requests so that you will be excited and happy with the final piece of art
for your collection.
Damages
When unboxing your order, please inspect your art and notify
Cindy’s Place as soon as possible with any issues. If the item you receive is
damaged or you receive the wrong order, we will work to help resolve the issue
quickly. Please take photos/videos of the damage box for future claims with the
shipping company.
If your piece seems to have lost/dropped some added features
such as stones, glass or other texture, this is usually normal and doesn’t
always qualify as damaged. Please contact Cindy’s Place right away if you are
concerned with the situation of your textured piece.
Once your item has been shipped, Cindy’s Place is no longer
responsible for the handling of your order while in transit. We are not
responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages due to transit issues.
Please ensure shipping information is correct as well.
Cindy’s Place is not responsible for items that cannot be delivered due to
incorrect or incomplete shipping information. If a package is shipped back to
our location, reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer if the
information is deemed incomplete or incorrect.
